rEQUIREMENTS

Live within a reasonable distance of Enterprise Utah (St. George Southern Utah area)

The dog must live indoors and cannot be left unattended outside.

Provide premium-quality food as recommended by us.

Any other dogs in the home must be spayed/neutered if they are the opposite sex.

Keep female dogs away from intact male dogs

Cover routine vet visits. Breeder will cover all breeding-related expenses.

For female guardians: Be willing to bring her to us for breeding (1-2 weeks during her cycle) and again about a week before her due date. She will stay with us until the puppies are weaned.

Maintain open, honest communication wish us regarding the dog - including scheduling for health testing, mating, whelping, and any other breeding needs.

Share photos/videos with us. We love to watch our puppies grow.

As a guardian family, you'll receive a specially selected, top-quality puppy (breeders choice), with no upfront purchase cost. While your puppy becomes a beloved part of your family, we maintain breeding rights for a set number of litters or stud years.

Once your dog's breeding chapter is complete, Bear Canyon Retriever's will cover the cost of spaying or neutering. At that point, full ownership is officially transferred to you, and your dog will enjoy the rest of their life as your forever companion.
